2003-04, D-Frost Festival Co-ordinator, Doncaster. 
Doncaster's first professional, Borough-wide arts festival, which included over 40 events, ranging from lectures to jazz, ice sculptures to fire jugglers, schools projects to ballet. 

2002-04 Visiting Lecturer, Lancaster University.
Lecturer in Theatre Administration for final year Theatre Studies students at Lancaster University.

2002-03  Festival Manager, International Festival of Disability Dance.
2003 Project liaison for International Screenings, Dance4Camera event, a part of the Brighton Festival
